Just a little update:  We now send a notice when you submit.  It should appear shortly after you send an e-mail.  If you sent something in March and haven’t heard ANYTHING back, it probably got lost or you used the old e-mail links in the guidelines (didn’t know wordpress blocked e-mail links).
